Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is the cleanest way to put bold, solid-color graphics on garments — logos, names, numbers, simple shapes. We stock 16 specialty vinyls from everyday PU to glitter, foil, hologram, reflective, glow-in-the-dark, and color-changing UV.

Cut on industrial vinyl cutters in our LA workshop. Weeded and ready to heat-press the moment they arrive.

How it works

From upload to your doorstep in five steps.

  1. Upload your design

    JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF — high resolution recommended. Best results with single-color block designs.

  2. Set your size

    Width and height in inches — no hard size limit.

  3. Pick your vinyls (multi-layer welcome)

    Choose one or more from 16 specialty types. Stack layers for multi-color designs — our calculator handles layered pricing.

  4. Set quantity

    Volume discounts apply automatically. Single pieces to bulk runs.

  5. Quote, pay, produce

    No setup fee on HTV. We cut, weed, and ship from our LA workshop.

  • Most vinyls305°F (152°C), 15 sec, firm pressure
  • Glitter / Flock320°F (160°C), 18 sec, firm pressure
  • 3D Foam (Puff)320°F (160°C), 10 sec, LIGHT pressure (don't crush)
  • Foil / Metallic305°F (152°C), 12 sec, medium (do not over-press)
  • PeelCold or warm per package label
  • Final lock5 sec re-press with Teflon
