Ordering & Quotes

How does the quote calculator work?

Upload your artwork, enter the width and height in inches, choose quantity and number of stone colors (for rhinestone orders), and the calculator generates pricing instantly. You'll see the setup fee ($40 for first orders), per-piece cost, bulk discount (if applicable), and total. You can save the quote as a PDF or add directly to cart.

Is the $40 setup fee per order or per design?

Per design. If you reorder the same design later, select "Repeat Order" in the form and enter your previous order ID — the setup fee is waived.

What file format should I upload?

The calculator accepts JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF. High resolution is recommended — for best results use PNG or GIF with transparent background. Low-resolution uploads may produce blurry stone matrices.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum. We produce single pieces and 10,000-piece runs from the same workshop.

What is the maximum design size?

Custom rhinestones: 15" × 15" per design (largest single transfer we cut from one template).

HTV and DTF: no hard size limit. Contact us for designs larger than 24" × 24". Multi-panel designs available.

Production & Turnaround

How long does production take?

Standard: 5–7 business days.

Expedited 3-Day Rush: 3 business days for an additional fee at checkout.

Bulk orders (1,000+ pieces): contact us for timeline.

Do you offer same-day production?

For local Los Angeles customers only — call us at 1-833-AXILAND before 10 AM with a simple design and we can often turn it the same day. Subject to workshop capacity.

Do I see a proof before production?

For new orders — yes, always. After you place a custom order, our design team emails a digital proof from custom@axiland.com showing exactly what we'll produce — stone placements, sizes, color positions. You confirm by reply, and only then we begin production. This is your protection: the confirmed proof is the definitive record of your order.

For repeat orders (using a prior Order ID), we skip the confirmation step and start production immediately — your design is already on file and approved.

If you don't receive a proof email within 1 business day of ordering, check spam, then write to custom@axiland.com.

Materials & Quality

What rhinestones do you use?

Our standard for custom orders is LAwings Rhinestone — a high-quality machine-cut stone used in 99% of our pre-made designs and 85% of custom orders. Brighter than Korean machine-cut stones, color-stable, and consistent batch-to-batch. Our customers have been happy with it for years.

We also carry CrystAX, our own in-house brand. If you specifically want CrystAX for your order, mention it in the order notes when placing your design — our team will reach out from custom@axiland.com to discuss pricing and lead time separately.

How many stones can I use in one design?

Up to 6 stone variations per design with our standard pricing. A "variation" is a unique combination of color + size. For example:

  • SS6 Crystal Clear → 1 variation
  • SS10 Crystal Clear → 2 variations (same color, different size)
  • SS6 Black added → 3 variations
  • ...up to 6 total combinations

More than 6 variations is possible for an additional fee — contact us before ordering.

Will the design last through washes?

Yes — when applied correctly and washed inside-out in cold water. Rhinestone, HTV, and DTF transfers are built for long-term durability under normal wear. Following the care guidance on our How to Apply page is essential for longevity. Note: we don't offer a "lifetime guarantee" — fabric quality, washing habits, and application accuracy all affect how long any heat transfer lasts.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to 50+ countries. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for current options and rates.

When does the shipping clock start?

After production is complete. Total time = production time + shipping time. Both are shown at checkout.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes — free pickup at our LA store, 305 E 9th St, Unit 124, Los Angeles 90015. Mon–Sat 9 AM – 4 PM.

Repeats, Changes & Returns

Can I order the same design again?

Yes — use the "Repeat Order" checkbox in the quote form and enter your previous order ID. Setup fee waived.

What if I need to change my order after placing it?

Email support@axiland.com within 1 hour of order — we can usually modify before production starts. After 1 hour, changes depend on production stage.

Do you accept returns?

Custom orders are non-returnable. We do remake or refund for production defects — i.e., when what we delivered doesn't match the file you confirmed. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Business & Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes — for orders of 1,000+ pieces, bulk discounts apply automatically in the calculator. For ongoing wholesale relationships, email support@axiland.com.

Do you do white-label / blank reseller work?

Yes — we supply unbranded transfers to print shops, embroidery studios, and decorators across all 50 states and internationally. Contact us for the reseller program.

Can I buy CrystAX stones to use myself?

Yes — we sell CrystAX rhinestones in bulk at axiland.com, along with HTV by the yard and roll, heat presses, and design materials. For trade pricing, contact us.
