Cancellation policy

This policy covers cancellation of recurring purchase options such as the Rhinestone.Design Pro Membership and any other subscription-based services offered by Axiland.
How to cancel
You may cancel any recurring purchase option at any time through one of the following methods:
- Log in to your account at rhinestone.design/account and select "Manage subscriptions" → "Cancel"
- Email support@axiland.com from the email address associated with your subscription, with subject line "Cancel subscription"
- Call our team at 1-833-AXILAND (1-833-294-5263) during business hours (Mon–Sat 9 AM – 4 PM Pacific)
When the cancellation takes effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until that date, after which no further charges will be made.
Refunds for cancelled subscriptions
We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the cycle but are not refunded for unused days.
If you believe you were charged in error after cancellation, email support@axiland.com within 30 days with your order number and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charges.
Free trials
If your subscription includes a free trial period, you may cancel during the trial at no cost. To avoid the first charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, the subscription is automatically paused. You may reactivate it from your account within 30 days; after that, the subscription is cancelled and you would need to subscribe again.
What you keep after cancellation
Cancelling your Pro Membership does not affect:
- Any one-time custom orders you have already placed
- Setup files we created for your past designs — they remain in our archive
- Your ability to place Repeat Orders — entering your prior Order ID continues to waive the $40 setup fee on that specific design, regardless of membership status
- Your account, order history, and saved designs — they remain accessible permanently
What you lose after cancellation
Pro Membership benefits end at the close of your current billing period, including:
- 10% discount on every rhinestone.design custom order — standard pricing resumes
- 20% off Rush Fee on expedited orders
- Priority production queue (standard 5–7 business day turnaround returns)
- Access to Pro features in our Design Studio tools (Rhinestone Design Maker, BLU & SVG Editor, Vinyl Design Maker)
- Early access to new vinyl types, design tools, services, and limited-time offers
- Future Pro-only benefits as we launch them (workshop hours, equipment rentals, and more)
You can re-subscribe at any time to restore all Pro benefits without losing any of your archived files or order history.
