Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account anytime — no contract, no cancellation fee. Benefits run until the end of your current billing month, then expire. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Do Pro discounts apply on axiland.com?
No. Pro Membership discounts apply only to custom orders placed on rhinestone.design — Custom Rhinestone Design, Custom DTF, Custom HTV, Rhinestone Template Boards, and Heat Press Service. Materials on axiland.com (stones, vinyl, presses) are not covered by the 5% discount.
Does the 10% discount stack with bulk pricing?
Yes. Pro's 10% applies on top of any bulk discounts already in the calculator. The more you order, the more you save.
What does "Priority Production Queue" mean exactly?
Pro orders are tagged in our production system and moved ahead of standard orders in the LA workshop queue. In practice this typically saves 1–2 business days compared to standard turnaround — without the cost of our paid Expedited 3-Day Rush add-on.
What's in Pro Design Studio?
The Pro tier unlocks advanced features in our design tools — BLU & SVG Editor PRO mode, deeper customization in Rhinestone Design Maker and Vinyl Design Maker. Free members get the standard tools; Pro members get the engines our LA production team uses.
What happens to my saved designs if I cancel?
Your designs stay in your account permanently. Cancelling Pro removes discounts and priority going forward, but doesn't affect past orders or saved files. You can resubscribe anytime to restore Pro benefits without losing anything.
