Welcome to Rhinestone.Design ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Axiland. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent to place an order. By submitting an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

2. Custom orders and artwork rights

2.1 You confirm you have rights to the artwork.

When you upload artwork for production (logos, designs, images, text, fonts, characters), you confirm that:

  • You own the artwork, OR
  • You have written permission from the rights holder to reproduce it commercially, OR
  • The artwork is in the public domain or licensed for the intended use

You assume full legal responsibility for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from artwork you submit. Axiland will not be held liable for trademark, copyright, or licensing disputes.

2.2 What we will not produce.

We reserve the right to decline orders that include:

  • Trademarked logos (sports teams, brands, characters) without proof of license
  • Counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions
  • Content depicting hate speech, violence, sexual content, or illegal activity
  • Anything we reasonably judge to harm our reputation or violate platform policy

If we decline an order after payment, you will receive a full refund (including any setup fees not yet applied) within 5 business days.

2.3 Our rights to your finished work.

Unless you request otherwise in your order notes, we may photograph and display finished orders in our portfolio, social media, and website (with no identifying customer information). To opt out, write "No portfolio use" in the additional notes when ordering.

2.4 We do not claim rights to your artwork.

Your original artwork remains your property. We use it only to produce your order. We do not sell, share, or reuse customer artwork for other customers.

3. Pricing and payment

3.1 Quotes and pricing. Our online quote calculator generates real-time pricing based on size, quantity, and color count. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Bulk discounts and seasonal pricing are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Setup fee. A $40 setup fee applies to first-time custom rhinestone orders to cover digitization. Repeat orders with a valid prior order ID are exempt. The setup fee is non-refundable once digitization work has begun.

3.3 Payment. We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Shop Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at order time; production begins after payment confirmation.

4. Production tolerances

Custom rhinestone and transfer products are produced with high-precision automation. Industry-standard tolerances apply:

  • Stone placement: ±1mm per stone
  • Cut dimensions: ±1/8 inch (3mm) on overall size
  • Color matching: closest available stock match — small lot-to-lot variation possible
  • Heat transfer adhesion: long-term durability under normal wear and laundering, per care instructions

Items within these tolerances are not considered defective.

5. Care instructions

Garment longevity depends on proper application and care. We provide application instructions with every order; following them is required for any warranty claim. See our How to Apply page for details.

6. Heat press service liability

Our Heat Press Service applies your custom transfer to garments you provide. By submitting garments to our LA workshop, you accept:

  • Heat pressing involves high temperatures and pressure
  • Certain fabrics (vintage, low-quality, synthetic blends, embellished) may scorch, discolor, or fail to adhere
  • We will use our best judgment but cannot guarantee outcomes on garments we did not source
  • Axiland is not liable for damage to customer-provided garments

This waiver is also acknowledged at checkout for the Heat Press Service.

7. Stored garments and pickup

Garments dropped off for heat press service must be picked up within 5 business days of completion notification. A daily storage fee of $5 per garment applies after that window. Garments unclaimed for 30 days will be donated or disposed of.

8. Website and tools

The Rhinestone Design Maker, BLU & SVG Editor, Vinyl Design Maker, Production Sizing Tool, and other design tools on this site are provided for use in preparing orders with us. They are proprietary software; reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or commercial redistribution is not permitted.

9. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access where you have not secured your password.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiland's total liability for any claim arising from your order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
